The craziest thing just happened. Two weeks ago I was telling my friend at the coffee shop how I miss coffee collates from Dunkin' Donuts and how I wish I could drink them again.
I am sitting here drinking Cafe Late Shakeology and it tastes like those coffee collates I missed so much.

Small Changes, Huge Results
What are you doing right now to set yourself up for the future? What you do and don't do now affects your future dramatically. Small changes over time create huge results.
I think of it like an airplane. If an airplane changes directions even in the slightest, they will end up in a totally different place.

Motivation is a Muscle

This is something I learned from one of my teammates. SO GOOD and SO TRUE!
I remember not having the motivation to do my workouts. I do NOW because I WORKED it. I gave myself the motivation by doing what I needed to do as a nonnegotiable. I didn't let anything get in my way!

I LOVE this quote! In life, you can either remain the same, or grow. You will NEVER be perfect. There will always be opportunities for you to grow into a better person physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
